CITRUS RUM COOLER

This Labor Day weekend, while watching the U.S. Open and smoking ribs, celebrate the end of summer with a citrus rum cooler.

The citrus rum cooler is easy, refreshing, and the perfect compliment to any end of the summer BBQ.

  1. 1 1/2 oz Spiced Rum
  2. 1 1/2 oz Coconut Rum
  3. 2 oz Orange Juice
  4. 1 oz Lemon Juice
  5. 1 oz Lime Juice
  6. 1/2 tsp sugar
  7. 2-4 oz 7-up Soda

Pour the first six ingredients to a cocktail shaker.  Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice.  Top with 7-up and garnish with orange wheel.
