Hey! Check out my beautiful friend Rachel True.  Rachel is on discussing her beauty regimen.

Check our the entire interview right HERE:

Rachel does indeed have glowing skin and a radiant smile. However, the reason I am posting this article (aside from bragging about my famous friends) is this:

“After my dad passed,(while working on Half & Half) I went on a junk food tear. He always called me fat, so y’know I ate the death feelings down. I was totally over weight, and did get cystic acne. I cut out the crap, lost weight, embeded zits went away. Teenage white heads still come and go.”

All of us who can relate, raise your hand.  Put down the big mac first and then raise your hand!  I know that what she is saying is true.  Just cleaning up our diets a little bit can make a huge difference in the health of skin, to say nothing of hair, bones, heart, and stomach.

I am posting this because I need the inspiration.  I have been packing away the junk food for several months now and I need to stop.  Rachel looks terrific!  Perhaps if I cut out the crap, I can look young and sexy again as well.
