BBQ style Ribeye Steak
- Preheat outdoor BBQ grill
- 16 oz. Ribeye Steak (ask butcher for well marbled piece)
- Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
- Lawry’s Garlic Salt
- Cracked Black Pepper
- Canola Oil
Rinse Steak in cold water…Pat dry with Paper Towel.
Lightly season Steak with Lawry’s Season & Garlic Salts…Rub with Canola Oil
Place Steak on preheated BBQ grill, cook for 7-10 minutes for medium rare, no more than 18 minutes for well done…Steak size/thickness will be a factor in the finished product, so keep a close watch on your grill.
Turn at least twice for good grill marks Do not pierce, as juices will run out, giving you a dry Steak.
Let finished Steak rest 5 minutes before serving…Serve hot
